Term 1 Starts

First Day of School 2024 – Tuesday 30 January

Start Time and Meeting Places for the first day of school:
8:45 am  - all Year 7 students meet in the School Hall and all Year 8 students meet on the Netball Courts by the playing fields.
Students will find out their classroom placements on the first morning of school. We do not share any information regarding teachers or room numbers before school starting, so please do not phone or email to request these details.

First Day Organisation:

• Bring morning tea, lunch and a water bottle, and a pencil case with your stationery pack
• Arrange where you are going to meet your child when school finishes at 2:50 pm (Year 8), 3:00 pm (Year 7), or how they are going to get home
• Wear the correct school uniform with everything clearly named including a sun hat.

• Please call Auckland Transport on 09 366 6400 or view their website www.at.govt.nz if you need to find information regarding your child’s transport needs to and from Remuera Intermediate School.
